BOX PROFILE

Box profiles are hollow bars in squares or rectangle shapes, produced according to TS EN 10305-5, TS 5317, TS EN 10219-2 production standards. Due to their hollowness, they are quite light, but having vast surface enables them to be hard and resistant to pressure. The thickness of the box profiles may vary depending on their applications. Box profiles show equal resistance to bending and high torsional strength because of their hollow sections. They could be produced from S235JR (ST37), S275JR (ST44), S355JR (ST52) quality, in hot and cold sheet, with high welding technology or cold forming process. Seamless profiles been used for operations with high pressure and welded profiles for structural applications in standard length of 6 meter.

Box profiles can be produced unpainted or painted on demand to get resistant to the corrosions.

They could be used in the building exterior parts, supporting the structures like ceilings, balustrades, the furniture industry, and the automotive industry, food processing factories, conveyor belts and other devices.
